Our desire within Tree of Life is to rally the Christian community to help fulfill urgent needs while constantly affirming that the source of real hope is Jesus Christ.
Pray
A 7-week TOL Prayer Journey through Nehemiah (refer below) committing to a weekly 1 hour prayer/Bible study focusing on: God, Resources, Leaders, Volunteers, Opposition, Partners and Jesus.
Seek
Establishing the following outputs are key from the Prayer Journey:
- Appointing a Regional Director
- Identifying one or more Christian Sponsoring Churches
- Selecting Premises from which to operate
- Establish a local Board of Directors comprising Regional Director and 5 Branch Directors
Train
Local Board attends Tree of Life New Region Training Course.
Network
Liaison with local Sponsoring Churches to:
- Determine which Ministries will be rolled out
- Appoint Ministry Leaders
Recruit
Communicate intensely to the local church community.
VIP
Host first Volunteer Introduction Program.
Implement
Reach out to the poor and needy in our community with the love of Jesus Christ.
